How do I login to my investor portal?

You can log in via the home page, please click here to go to the home page.

What information do I need to login to my investor portal? Or why can’t I log in?

You need to be registered for the investor portal in order to log in.
Registration will require you to supply your:

  1. Account Number
  2. Full Account Name (as stated on your Contract Note)
  3. Email Address (as provided in the Master Account Opening Form)

I can’t remember my password, what should I do?

I can’t remember my username, what should I do?

Unfortunately, as we cannot directly disclose usernames to anyone, please check the emails you have received from the investor portal as the automated notifications will contain your username.

What is my Account No.?

Your Account No. is the code assigned to your portfolio. This code can be found on any correspondence you may have received from us. Alternatively, you can email enquiries@capitaldynamics.hk for further assistance.

How do I change my personal contact details?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your particulars via the investor portal. For proper administrative purposes, we would appreciate if you could send the original copy of your signed instruction to the following address:
